Amy Saba – Crafted on Riverfront: TOURISM IDEA Shipping container hub on Windsor’s riverfront to feature craft food and maker vendors from around Windsor Essex, along with programming to activate and animate an underutilized but prominent area.
Michael Difazio – Reclaim Artistry: TOURISM IDEA Woodworking workshop experience featuring in-shop training and production of a takeaway item, along with engaging storytelling from this anchor business in the up-and-coming Ford City neighbourhood.
Jennifer Desjardins-Grondin – GL Heritage Brewing Co.: TOURISM IDEA Initially pitched as a partnership opportunity with Parks Canada to collaborate on Fort Malden National Historic Site’s heritage grains program with a special edition brew, the idea has expanded to feature more cross-site promotion and programming.
